Black Ajrakh Block Printed Cotton Dhurrie

Ajrakh Is a block-printed textile that is resist-dyed using natural dyes, including indigo and madder and some other natural colors. It is made in Kutch, Gujarat and is distinguished by its color-Indigo blue with Madder(Red) and its complex geometric & floral Patters, It's name is derived from ‘Azarak’, blue in Arabic & Persian.

It is one of the oldest  Traditional Block Printing style available in INDIA, Actually Ajrakh will do on fabric only for the use of garments and saris and other home furnishing items, here we have tried on our Warangal Woven Dhurrie.

To get Printed done we have send all our dhurries to Kutch for the process and printing of these beautiful AJRAKH Handblocked printed Dhurries.

Wash Care: Dry Clean only. Has we have applied natural vegetable colours.
