The tradition of making Dhurries in Warangal dates back to the Mughal era,, passed down from one generation to the next for more than hundred years. It is a highly labour intensive rural based cottage industry.  Warangal is one of such clusters that has a strong identity. Dhurrie weaving is an established industry in Warangal with a large population of skilled weavers and facilities for dyeing.

    Dhaaga Weaves provides free shipping for all E-Commerce orders across India through delhivery courier service .And if some remote Areas whear our courier partner is not able to deliver some orders, Those orders will fulfill by India post and will let the customers Before the Despatch  of their Orders. Following square measure the approximate timelines for dispatch and delivery of product.

    Dispatch: Dhaaga Weaves can dispatch product for orders received inside  7 operating days from the date of order. Dispatch is subject to confirmation of payment received from payment gateway.

    Cash On Delivery: we also offers Cash On delivery to our valuable customers But it will charge Rs.50 extra  per order.

    Delivery: We  ship the product through delhivery courier/cargo service suppliers. Expected delivery time is 7  days from dispatch inside India. The delivery time could exceed for remote locations.

    Change of Delivery:For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

    Delay In Delivery:If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can track  from our end and we see to deliver  your order in time.

    Damage of Parcel:If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service @ info@dhaagaweaves.in If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please mail us with the pictures of the package at above email id.We will process a replacement of same product as soon as the courier company has completed their investigation into the claim.
